Tivity Health SilverSneakers® Membership:
This free (for participants enrolled with qualifying insurance companies) Sports & Wellness Center membership offers access to conditioning classes which allow active adults to take greater control of their health.

Tivity SilverSneakers™ remains available to our members who are Medicare eligible through their health insurance (i.e. Humana, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, etc.) Levis JCC Membership can confirm eligibility, if requested.
SilverSneakers members may attend in-person or virtually.
Renew Active by UnitedHealthcare
No cost exercise program for eligible Medicare individuals who are insured by UnitedHealthcare.

Silver & Fit
This exercise and healthy aging program is provided by American Specialty Health and is designed specifically for older adults (available to Medicare beneficiaries through many insurance company's Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans).

SilverSneakers Classic
Have fun and move to the music with exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, balance and activities for daily living skills. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. All fitness levels.
SilverSneakers Yoga Stretch
A safe and recuperative total body stretch class. Work at your own pace to build flexibility. All fitness levels.
Chair Stretch
Whole body stretch to calming music. Peaceful slow total body stretch.
Advanced
Have fun and move to the music with exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, balance and activities for daily living skills. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. This class is geared to those who can handle a more challenging workout.
Tai Chi
Exercise to improve well-being through mindful movement. While learning and practicing forms, attention is given to transferring weight smoothly, maintaining postural control and focused breathing techniques. Benefits include increased muscular endurance, improved balance recovery and a calm mind. Chair support is offered to facilitate standing stability and seated exercise options. All fitness levels.
